P.H.E. LLC, owned by Mike Schneider, purchased the Mission Valley and Oceanside Hunter Steakhouses in October of 2008. We've remodeled our buildings, enhanced our menus, and reconnected with our communities. As a locally owned & operated restaurant company, we are committed to showing our appreciation to our guests, business partners, and communities.
Hunter Steakhouse in Mission Valley is run by General Manager Todd Ramsey. Todd has been the GM in Mission Valley for over 9 years and continues to lead a team focused on world class hospitality. Todd is assisted by Manager John Silsby and Assistant Manager Kirk Shumate.
Hunter Steakhouse Oceanside is led by General Manager John Rossotto. When John's not welcoming guests into the restaurant he can usually be found catering one of the hundreds of events his team books each year. John is assisted by Assistant Manager Eva Beatty and Executive Chef Gerardo Martinez.
